Great news for the Citizens of Bull Shoals. The city received a grant of $1.3 million dollars from the North West Arkansas Development Authority for the new sewer plant. This brings the total grant monies received to $5.8 Million dollars. The new cost to the city is just $2.2 million dollars. The November 1% sales tax must be re-voted on. The bond language was incorrect so we will be voting on this issue again May 9th at city hall. Special thanks to our economic development coordinator David Nixon.
