Urban Deer Hunt Regulations
Deer are regulated by AG&F. Any questions or problems concerning deer should be directed to a wildlife officer. Here are the numbers. Main number 800-364-4263. Marion County office Yellville 870-449-3484. The Bull Shoals Police dept. has no jurisdiction when it comes to questions about wildlife. Should a problem occur concerning the deer hunt call one of the numbers above.
Should a deer go down on your property you will get a knock on your door asking for your permission to remove it. The city encourages you to give permission. It will be the fastest way to get it off your property. Do not call the police department to remove the deer as they cannot legally do this.
